Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an analytic and business-oriented Customer Value manager for the Bingo team.
- Maximize players’ lifetime value by creating and implementing automated campaigns through various BTL communication channels.
- Plan and design user flows for different players status, which will occur once a specific trigger/s is set.
- Analyze the response rate and ROI to the campaigns
- Test, monitor and optimize the offers in our emails, SMS and other real-time communications by using multiple test/control methodologies.
- Work with the Creative team to design and create HTML templates and banners for each message.
- Constantly Segment and personalize our communications so each person gets the right message at the right time.
- Campaign manager focal point: be constantly updated with campaign manager abilities and keep the CRM team updated. Create MRDs for necessary CM / BI development for Bingo and follow them through till implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Industrial Management
- Fluent in English -Must.
- Excel Wizard. Should be able to derive insights from data and use them to develop actionable tasks/campaigns -Must.
- Experience in SQL (Strong advantage)
- Experience with Unica, Salesforce or other Campaign Management Software -Strong advantage.
- 2+ years’ experience in retention marketing / marketing analyst roles in the online or telecom industries.
- Previous experience working in a global company / in face of a global market – a significant advantage
