Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator at 888 you will be responsible for:
  • Manage and implement work plans and online marketing projects for 888’s Regulated Markets Department
  • Operational management of online marketing projects and campaigns from marketing requirement stage through to full launch of products
  • Working with department managers and campaign managers to implement plans, whilst handling schedules, quality, and budget
  • Matrix management of operation teams comprised of content writers, designers, and programmers, including those abroad
  • Scheduling/ planning of tasks whilst delegating and coordinating fields of responsibility to operations teams
  • Managing coordination and integration of parties involved through campaign launch and throughout implementation
  • Providing immediate solutions for problems arising during the process, whilst managing risks and other constraints related to the project or campaign
  • Working with other departments in the company to reach goals and promote projects for the Regulated Markets Department
  • Improving and streamlining work processes
  • Ensuring regulatory requirements for various countries where the company is active are met
  • Temporary position filling in for team member on maternity leave

Job Requirements

  • Experience as an account manager/ producer – an advantage
  • Experience in project management and/or interface management
  • Multi-tasking – ability to work on numerous tasks in parallel efficiently
  • Ability to mobilize numerous different interfaces
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure (requires creativity, resourcefulness, ability to “put out fires”)
  • Familiarity with the online world
  • Understanding of technology and marketing – an advantage
  • Very high level of English
