Job DescriptionThe CRM Operations role is execution of the different CRM activities while working with many peers, monitoring and always reaching the due dates on time.
What will you do:
- Keep on a daily working relation with our B2B clients.
- Responsibility for execution of marketing tasks and campaigns at operational level, as of receipt of requirements document and until full launch of campaigns:
o Set schedules, tasks and areas of responsibility of all functions involved.
o Responsibility for coordination and integration of all functions involved, until the launching stage of the campaign and during the campaign.
- Maintaining an ongoing relationship throughout all departments that support the marketing activities.
- Work on the different systems to configure marketing activities.
- Strict QA to all the marketing materials.
- Monitoring of the on-going activities.
- Campaigns analysis.
- B.A / B.Sc in Industrial Science/ Economics/ Management.
- English at a very high level – mandatory (speaking and writing).
- Knowledge of the On-line world – mandatory. Gaming field- an advantage.
- Experience in operation of projects.
- Experience in operation of marketing campaigns – an advantage.
- Technological and marketing understanding – an advantage.
