888 group, is one of the world's most popular online gaming companies. We are offering a great opportunity to join our Help Desk team.

As a Help desk technician at 888 you will be responsible for:
  • Working with our Helpdesk Ticketing System
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer software as well as secure mobile software
  • Assisting and instructing employees in using different software
  • Create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions in order to help other employees make the best of new technologies
  • Install, configure and deploy workstations for new employees/broken workstations
  • Checking security software installed on workstations
  • Assisting and instructing employees regarding installing and using new devices/meeting rooms devices
  • Troubleshooting, optimizing and configuring Proxy server
  • Troubleshoot computer hardware
  • Install and fix printer issues 

Job Requirements

This Job is for you only if you have:
  • Previous experience (at least 2-3 years) with managing Active Directory in a large Company   
  • Knowledge and Managing Email box under Exchange 
  • Have previous experience in working with Skype business (Both as a service provider and an end user).
  • Knowledge with Internet connection, IP protocol, Switches Home routers, Wi-Fi connection, and other network infrastructure.
  • Have experience in working within a development environment
  • Service oriented, a true team player
 
You might also have:
  • Graduated from a Technician Course
  • MCSE course
  • Any other IT courses
